I love soup in the cold weather. I've never had cold soup though. Considering that salads and cold sandwiches are good in the summer, I really should try it! Thanks for the links.

My dad was like Tom. Even during hot weather, he had to have Ma's chicken soup. Piping hot

In my world soup is always a hot meal, the thought of cold soup doesn't excite me one iota.
I don't even like the sound of cold soup, it just sounds so wrong...but that recipe for the Tuscan vegetable soup sounds delicious.
Cold soup doesn't really appeal, but maybe I should try it!
