They look fantastic and perfect for either breakfast or afternoon snack.
We don't have "pumpkin pie spice" in Australia so I am going to have to look up the spices to make my own.

With 160 ml (organic) pumpkin you mean syrup? I´ve never seen that here.
Interestingly, canned pumpkin is something I've not seen since we moved to Ireland. Could use cooked and mashed butternut squash, which I think is sometimes referred to as pumpkin here. :-)
Pumpkin muffins are my favourite.
wow so beautifil and wonderful muffins...kiss Andreja!
Perfect for the coming fall.

Many thanks for your comment ... you may have already looked up which spices to make your own pumpkin spice but in case you haven't this mix is a good one.
Betty Crocker's easy recipe for Pumpkin Spice:
https://www.bettycrocker.com/how-to/tipslibrary/baking-tips/how-to-make-pumpkin-pie-spice
To start, you’ll need all of three minutes and the following ingredients:
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons ground ginger, 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg,
1 ½ teaspoons ground allspice and 1 ½ teaspoons ground cloves.
Mix the spices together in a small bowl ... the smell is lovely
Store the mixture in a clean small jar or spice container.
Hope you get to enjoy some pumpkin spice muffins soon.
All the best Jan

Hello Iris
Many thanks for your comment.
The recipe uses either home made roast pumpkin or shop bought organic pumpkin (not syrup). Ready made organic pumpkin is available to purchase in some supermarkets, or specialist stores, or the internet.
